A few things to note when booking your vacation:
- We require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days before check-in date. Payment is accepted via PayPal
- You will receive a PayPal invoice reflecting the agreed upon dates and location requesting payment of your deposit.
- Within 5 days of check-in date (after final payment is received), you will receive a Wyndham Confirmation via email. The confirmation will be in the name of the person who is checking in (must have a valid driver’s license)
Cancellation Policy:
- 5 days after deposit received- 75% of reservation deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions
- 90 days before check-in date- 100% of reservation deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions
- 45 days before check-in date- 100% of total amount due is non-refundable. No exceptions
Please Note:
- Must be at least 21 years old to have name placed on reservation
- Name listed on the reservation must be present for check-in with valid ID (E.g. drivers license)
- Must have a major credit card. Wyndham Resort will place a hold on your card for incidentals. When you check out, the hold will be release
